Really polite and easy to talk to, understood my situation but also asked lots of questions about it which made my particular situation feel important. Asked if I had any questions which I replied that I did not but he still offered further advice in case I worried about a repeat of my situation which was something I was worried about so I really appreciated that. For my first video GP call it was much more comfortable then I assumed it would be although I cannot get my new laptop camera to work. Thank you again.

I found my Microsoft teams meeting very beneficial. Dr C gave me lots of information and allowed plenty of time for me to ask questions etc. I’m glad this service is offered in early pregnancy too. As an anxiety sufferer, I would have struggled if I had to wait until 13 weeks. I felt fully informed and Dr C enabled me to make a fully informed decision about my mental health plan.

Dr Chadalavada Bhanu was very kind and listened to me (and I genuinely felt he was listening to me). He put me at ease and reassured me that I was not wasting anyone's time. The appointment set up was very easy and straight forward, I usually get very anxious when making appointments but after explaining how I was feeling to my midwife, I had a phone call a few days later and an appointment was set up for me. I was then e-mailed a link for a Teams call and Dr Chadalavada Bhanu was on time. This, again, put me at ease. He sent me links to NICE guidelines and talked me through the complex information, which I wouldn't have been able to understand myself. After giving me all of the information needed, he gave me the choice of which medication I would like to be on, which made me feel I was in control, as well as advising me on my current medication. He also included my partner (and 2.5 year old) in the decision making, which I feel is a very important part of the process, as we are going through it as a family. I would strongly recommend this service to any Mum-to-be that is struggling with her mental health as this is the first time I have experienced it. Thank you very much Dr Chadalavada Bhanu.

Dr Chadalavada was fantastic. He was always calm, no matter what you told him, he shared his knowledge to help me understand my experience and reassured me about my future. I learnt a great deal from him and felt he really listened and respected me. All our appointments were on Microsoft Teams

Dr C was reassuring, non judgemental, supportive and understanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable and warm, taking pleasure and interest in his patients and their children. He was excellent at listening and was reassuring about my problem and honest in his opinions which were spot on. I have never met a doctor who understands my situation as much as him and cannot thank him enough for sorting me out.
